OR (a) Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification (b) First Class or Second Class National Diploma ( Equivalent to Degree) with not less than 55%marks in Applied Art from a recognised University or Institution. Preferential Participation in Major Exhibitions, One man and Group Shows preference being given of within the meaning of GO(MS) No. 50/70/PD dated 12/02/1970 as amended.
